Malachite (2024)
Composed in January 2024, Malachite is a musical depiction of what I believe the crystal would sound like if it could sing. Malachite is a crystal that has an emerald green color to it. It is sharp, jagged, but sometimes can also be smoothed out to be quite beautiful. When light hits it, Malachite shimmers like no other stone. This work is meant to be a demonstration of that.
